We as handlers shall be under no liability whatsoever regarding any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Our refund and cancellation policies are detailed below.

Merchandise: We do not offer refund cancellations for any merchandise sold on the site. However, we would be happy to exchange the product if you received a defective or damaged one. Please review our policies on Returns and Exchanges below.

Workshop Fees: Any workshops fees, once paid, will not be refunded. However, if you cannot attend the workshop, the fees submitted to The Triangles can be adjusted against a future workshop. In exceptional cases, The Triangles may choose to refund part of the workshop fees after deducting Rs 500 towards administrative expenses. Such a refund would be at the sole discretion of The Triangles. Additionally, if there are any issues for any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the user may file their claim with the accounts department of The Triangles. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or in cheque/demand draft.

Donations: Any donations once made will not be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges on books, CDs, and other merchandise once sold. We offer an exchange if you receive a defective or damaged product within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we would also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policy: We ship next day of order been received.

Delivery would take Minimum 5-7 & Maximum 14-15 days from the date of dispatch.
